ZakathPay is 100% Free for Donors

We do not charge any platform fees on Zakat donations. Every rupee you donate goes directly to the verified cause.

Refund Policy

We understand that issues can arise during the donation process. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both donors and beneficiaries.

Technical Failure

Refund Eligible

If your payment was deducted but the donation was not recorded due to a technical error on our platform, you are eligible for a full refund.

Duplicate Payment

Refund Eligible

If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a system error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

Cause Rejected After Donation

Refund Eligible

If you donated to a cause that is subsequently found to be fraudulent and rejected by our admin team, a full refund will be issued.

Voluntary Withdrawal

Not Eligible

Voluntary withdrawal of a donation after successful processing is generally not eligible for a refund, as funds may already have been committed to the cause.

Change of Mind

Not Eligible

Refunds are not processed for donations made due to a change of mind or personal reasons after the transaction is completed successfully.

Partially Funded Cause

Not Eligible

If a cause is not fully funded and is closed, donations already made are not automatically refunded unless specifically communicated otherwise.

Refund Process

Submit a Request

Email us at zakathpay@gmail.com with your transaction ID and reason for refund request within 7 days of the transaction.

Review Period

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and verify the transaction details.

Approval

If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the refund timeline.

Refund Credited

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
